Friends of the Library |
The "Friends" organization is the fundraising division of the public library. In addition, the Friends sponsor programming and events, augment staff, and purchase items to supplement the Library budget. Joining the Friends of the Library is a wonderful gesture to express your appreciation for all that the Library provides for its patrons and community. The Friends conduct 2 annual fundraisers: the Book & Bake Sale, and the White Christmas Raffle. They meet 4 times a year, the first Tuesday of the month from 7:00-8:00PM (January, May, July, and November). Please consider sharing your talents, as there are many roles to choose from when you join the Friends. Please contact or visit the Library for additional information. An ongoing book sale is located on the second floor of the Library.
All proceeds benefit the Friends fundraising efforts, which support Library programming and community
outreach. |
